Scorpions High School Summer Showcase/Fall Tryouts will be held August 11th through the 13th.

Prospect Select (PS) will be running our event/tryout. They are providing scouting, social media coverage, video, data collection from FlightScope and a Player profile. Players analytical data and video will be uploaded to their personal account on PS. As part of your tryout fee, you will receive a 1-month subscription from Prospect Select.
60-yard dash is on a hard surface. Bring tennis / running shoes.
Metal spikes are ONLY permitted for OF evaluation. Turf shoes for everything else (INF evaluation, BP, etc.).
No gum or sunflower seeds permitted at any time.
Players will need to bring their own forms of hydration. Water will not be provided by the facility, nor do we want players sharing water sources.
Players will need to arrive 1 hour prior to their designated start time. For Bullpens – Pitchers and Catchers must wear tennis shoes or turfs NO CLEATS. Players will receive a T-shirt and a bib number that must always be displayed. Players must have both for all three days of the tryout. IF YOU RECEIVE A # & SHIRT ON FRIDAY THERE IS NO NEED TO CHECK IN ON SATURDAY, BUT STILL MUST REPORT AN HR PRIOR.
Friday night parents will not be allowed in the indoor facility. We do not have enough space to accommodate players, staff, and parents. Saturday and Sunday will be open to the public. Coach Goodrich will speak to the parents on Sunday prior to each set of games.
