The 2026 Scorpions High School Summer Tryouts will be held January 9th through the 11th. This tryout is for players in the 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 High School Graduation Classes..
Check-in for Friday (Pitchers & Catchers) at the Marucci Hitter’s House Orlando will be in the back portion of the building. When you pull in you will keep going straight towards the back of the building. The door to the right of the second garage will be the entrance to check-in. PLAYERS ONLY! There is not enough space with both our staff & Prep Baseball staff in the facility. At check-in players will get a tryout shirt & bib number, this must be worn all of tryouts.
Uniform samples will be available to try on at tryouts (FRIDAY & SATURDAY ONLY) - YOU MUST TRY ON. We do not offer refunds/exchanges/returns on our custom sublimated uniforms.

Prep Baseballwill be collecting analytical data & increasing social media exposure for this event. Each player will receive a player profile which hosts all their information, videos, headshots, metrics, & more. Prep Baseball’s involvement in this showcase will maximize the content & reach of each player’s profile so that it's easily accessible throughout the fast-paced scouting community. Following this event, Prep Baseball will grant access to ball-tracking & swing metrics through TrackMan & BlastConnect apps.
We are proud to announce this summer, in addition to our teams, we will be starting our Development Teams for the 2029 & 2030 classes. Attending our Summer 2026 tryouts will make you eligible for these teams if you are interested. Our Devo Teams will be available for those players who need to develop their physicality, arm strength, bat speed, sprint speed, & overall baseball IQ. Players will train 3 days a week with the included weight room training & baseball field work. In addition to the training, players will have a 3-tournament schedule with mid-week scheduled games.
This program will be a 6-week program beginning the first week in June & ending Mid-July. Players will also be eligible to attend the Scorpions College Showcase which is a great place to gather data following a summer of training. The final daily schedule for the tryouts will be emailed to all registered participants no later than Wednesday, January 7th, 2026. Pitchers and Catchers will be required to be in attendance on Friday evening to throw short bullpen sessions for evaluation. **Showcase t-shirt INCLUDED.**
