Ty Evans to Florida

The Scorpions Baseball Club would like to congratulate 2021OF/RHP Ty Evans (Lakeland Christian HS) on his commitment to attend The University of Florida.  Ty is a dynamic player who shows the ability to square the baseball up consistently and projects to hit for both power and average at the next level.  Ty also showcases a strong arm on the mound and feel for his secondary pitches.  A true two way threat that will be a contributor early in his career for the Florida Gators.  Congrats to Ty and the Evans Family!
